1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a booking deposit.
Final payment must be completed at least 7 days prior to the event date.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Changes to the date or time must be requested at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the nature of the event and guest count.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the event, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occur.
4. Event Conduct
The renter is responsible for the behavior of all guests during the event.
Noise levels must be kept within acceptable limits, especially during nighttime hours.
Illegal activities, smoking (in non-smoking areas), or unauthorized vendors are strictly prohibited.
5. Liability
The apartment owner/management is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during the event.
The renter assumes full responsibility for any damages to the property caused by themselves or their guests.
6. Use of Facilities
Only approved areas of the apartment and amenities may be used during the event.
Any additional requests must be approved in writing before the event date.
